SHALLOW WATER
A great workout in the pool including warm up, high-low impact aerobics, power moves, choreography, toninig major muscle groups, stretching and cool down. Excellent for any age because of water's natural nuoyancy and gentle resistence. No swimming skills required. '

DEEP WATER
An intense workout without the stress on the joints. Great for knee, hip or back problems. Must be comfortable in deep water. Participants will wear a flotation belt during the class.
