Police - Chief of Police

Bethlehem Township Police Department Chief Gregory Gottschall
The police officers and civilian support staff of the Bethlehem Township Police Department are dedicated to serving and protecting the residents of the township. Each police officer has an expertise in law enforcement that significantly contributes toward the goal of protecting and serving our residents.

I began my law enforcement career with Bethlehem Township Police Department on May 14, 1989 serving as a rookie patrol officer. I have advanced my career during those years of service through promotions to corporal, sergeant, captain and my appointment as Chief of Police. I have always been very proud to serve as a police officer and represent the citizen of Bethlehem Township. The officers I’ve served with, past and present, have had the opportunity to enhance the quality of life of our residents and help provide a safe and secure community in which to live in.

Through my tenure as Chief, I plan to ensure that Bethlehem Township continues to be recognized as safe and extremely low crime statistic community to live, work, play and raise a family.

Our commitment to our residents is to continue to work hard and to strive to provide the professional services that we all have come to expect.
