To be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania
-You must be a citizen of the United States, and
-You must be 18 years of age by election day, and
-You must have been a resident of your election district, division, or precinct for at least

You must re-register to vote if
Licensee shall carry the permit on his person at all times while engaged in peddling or soliciting and shall exhibit it upon demand from any police officer, Township official or citizen.
Peddling and soliciting for good, wares, merchandise and/or services not mentioned on the permit/license is prohibited.
Persons having a license/permit to solicit on foot are prohibited from doing so from or with a vehicle.
-You have moved (even a short distance), or
-You want to change your party affiliation, or
-You encountered a problem with your registration records at the last election
