Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
This class is geared toward people who have Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, or any other joint related problems. Natural buoyancy & gentle resistance can help decrease pain, stiffness, and can improve or maintain joint flexibility. No Swimming Skills required.
This well-balanced total body workout addresses cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and abdominals with/without equipment. A beginner to moderate level includes warm-up and cool-down stretches and can be modified for different levels of participation. No swimming ability is necessary, participants rarely get their hair wet!
A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
Deep Water Exercise
An intense workout without the stress on joints. Great for knee, hip or back problems. Must be comfortable in deep water. Participants wear flotation belts.
